Family Physicians of Gahanna has been an approved site for administering the H1N1 vaccine. Once we receive doses in our office we will begin vaccinating the higher risk (Tier 1) patients. The fee for administration of the vaccine is $19.95 and will be billed to health insurance where applicable. All patients must register online with the H1N1 Vaccine Registry before receiving the vaccination at our site. Please click here for registration instructions.
